Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in Baxter, MN is hiring a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead the T-Mobile Premium Retailer team. You will oversee daily store operations, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional customer service while coaching staff and achieving performance targets.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in wireless retail, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• This is a full-time role working minimum 45 hours per week.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service in the store, greet customers and assess needs.
• Oversee full store operations including staffing, performance management, opening/closing and inventory.
• Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new customers and maximizing existing accounts.
• Hire, develop, motivate and manage a high-performing team.
• Ensure store compliance with audits and paperwork security management.
• Manage cash, credit card and other payment media handling.
