My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to coach a team toward best-in-class customer service and exceeding sales targets. You will lead daily operations, including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and ensuring excellent store performance and compliance with company policies.

The role emphasizes staff development, community engagement, and maintaining high standards of merchandising and customer experience across our locations.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience in a similar field (Required).
• One year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but location-dependent) (Preferred).
• Retail or telecom experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop your team to achieve company KPIs and sales targets.
• Hire, schedule, develop, and coach staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Build a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Partner with AT&T Signature team to hold community events outside the store.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-merchandised store in line with policies.
• Ensure store operations comply with legal requirements and internal standards.
• Stay informed of industry trends and continue professional development.
