My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will coach and develop Retail Sales Associates, hire and schedule staff, and ensure store operations meet company standards while driving sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a similar field, preferably wireless.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual is preferred depending on location.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
