Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced setting.

You will build proficiency in customer service and sales to offer personalized device and service solutions, using digital tools to showcase network coverage and benefits. Responsibilities include completing training, engaging customers with needs-based demonstrations, and contributing to a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
