T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate them on products, and demonstrate solutions to meet needs in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include proactive customer interactions, using digital tools for onboarding, and collaborating with nearby stores. Growth is supported by training, incentives, and stock grants, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.
• Strong communication, coaching and relationship skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value with T-Mobile solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products and processes and stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience.
