This is a learning role focused on building skills and relationships.

New employees complete training, grow product knowledge, and prepare for the Mobile Expert role while contributing to a supportive, inclusive team and the Un-carrier culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Passionate customer advocate and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
