Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a technically skilled sales support professional to design and present wireless solutions for customers. You will analyze coverage, consult with clients, and assist with in-building requests to enhance network performance.

The role emphasizes communication, solution architecture, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year related work experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Preferred)
• 4-7 years experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering with solution sales track record (Preferred)
• Experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support SMB in-market sales teams to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and guidance
• Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis to optimize solutions
• Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management
