Job summary

T-Mobile in the United States seeks a solutions consultant to design and present wireless solutions that meet customer needs. You will analyze coverage, discuss ROI, and guide customers through in-building requests while staying current on devices and network technologies.

This role requires 3+ years in telecom or related fields, a bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel up to 50% to engage with SMB, enterprise, or gov accounts. Competitive base pay with incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with required experience.
• Minimum 3 years in telecom/solutions consulting or engineering with sales results.
• Experience supporting wireless sales teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees)
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including ROI
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
