Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a solutions consultant to support business sales by delivering technical expertise for wireless solutions tailored to customer needs. You will analyze coverage, present features, and guide in-building requests to improve connectivity and ROI.

With a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in telecom or engineering, you will help sales teams win opportunities while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of wireless technologies and value-added offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or Advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience (Required).
3+ years in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering with proven solution sales and relationship management (Required).
Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Support small business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement.
Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and illustrate ROI of solutions.
Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
