Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a remote sales-technical consultant to design and present wireless solutions for small business customers. You will analyze wireless coverage, engage with customers in meetings, and support sales teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

This role requires staying current on wireless devices, networks, and value-added services. The position includes travel within the assigned territory, robust compensation with base pay, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or an advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience or equivalent combination
3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a proven sales track record
Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) preferred

Responsibilities

Support small business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1-9 employees)
Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting features, benefits, and ROI
Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management
