You will engage in pre-sales activities, align with multiple SMB teams, and help translate customer challenges into concrete, profitable solutions.

The role requires keeping up-to-date on wireless technologies, devices, and Value-Added Solutions, with opportunities for internal training, certifications, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM preferred; strong technical background.
• 4-7 years in telecom/IT or network engineering with sales experience.
• Experience supporting SMB accounts and managing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales: support 2+ SMB sales teams; conduct customer meetings; enable coverage analysis.
• Technical Focus: maintain knowledge of wireless technologies and products; pursue relevant certifications.
• Post-Sales: assist with high-level support; conduct trainings; engage in road-show webinars.
