Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience or combination deemed equivalent
• Previous B2B direct sales experience
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
• 4-7 years experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales
• Experience supporting Small Medium Business Accounts

Responsibilities

• Support small and medium business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance
• Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions
• Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
