Job summary

T-Mobile seeks a skilled Solutions Consultant to support business sales by designing and presenting wireless solutions meeting customer needs in Florida. You will consult on opportunities, analyze coverage, and assist with in-building requests, while maintaining expert knowledge of wireless devices, networks, and value-added solutions to inform sales strategies.

In this role you’ll join frequent customer meetings, provide technical guidance, and help drive customer satisfaction and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience, or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience, or combination deemed equivalent.
• 3+ years in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering with a track record of successful solution sales and relationships in a matrix environment.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support SMB sales teams to drive solution adoption and customer engagement.
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and guidance.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
