Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees).
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed.
