Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a skilled solutions consultant to design and present wireless solutions for business customers. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to meet customer needs and drive growth.

You will analyze wireless coverage, participate in meetings, and support sales teams with demonstrations, ROI, and in-building requests. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related experience.
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a track record of solution sales and relationships in a matrix environment.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (1–9 employees).
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and guidance on features, benefits, and ROI.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
