Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a technically skilled sales support role to design and present wireless solutions, supporting SMB and enterprise opportunities. You will analyze network coverage, advise on in-building improvements, and help sales teams tailor offerings to customer needs.

The role requires strong knowledge of wireless networks, device technology, and value-added solutions, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and business growth across in-market accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering preferred.
• Experience selling solutions to Enterprise and Public Sector accounts preferred.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage internal/external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support SMB sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement.
• Provide technical consultation during customer meetings and guide solutions.
• Analyze wireless network coverage and review in-building coverage requests.
• Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve accessibility.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.
