Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years telecommunications/IT/network roles with solution sales experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Small Medium Business accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support in-market SMB sales teams to drive solution adoption and customer engagement.
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and guidance.
• Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis to optimize customer solutions.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.
• Perform additional duties/projects as assigned by management.
