Job summary

T-Mobile in Las Vegas is seeking a Wireless Solutions Consultant to support business sales by designing and presenting wireless solutions that meet customer needs. You will consult on opportunities, analyze coverage, and assist with in-building requests to improve connectivity.

In this role you will maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices and network technologies, support sales teams, and contribute to customer satisfaction through clear technical demonstrations and ROI-focused proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in telecom or solutions sales.
• 3+ years in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering with sales track record.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1-9 employees).
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including ROI presentations.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed.
