Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a technical sales consultant to support business sales by designing and presenting wireless solutions for customer opportunities. The role requires telecom expertise, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the Las Vegas metro area and surrounding territory.

Candidates should reside within or near the primary market and have 3+ years in telecommunications or related fields.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR an advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment. (Required)
Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees)
Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI
Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
