Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a technically skilled sales consultant to support business sales by designing and presenting wireless solutions tailored to customer needs. You will analyze wireless coverage, maintain product knowledge, and help sales teams drive customer value.

The role requires collaborating with teams, presenting demonstrations, and guiding customers through ROI-focused solutions, with travel within the Las Vegas metro area when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a proven sales track record.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees).
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation, present features/ROI, and guide solutions.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
