T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a remote Territory Sales Engineer to design and present wireless solutions that meet customer needs in the Las Vegas market. You will consult with customers, analyze coverage, and support sales teams with technical demonstrations and ROI justifications.

Requires 3+ years in telecommunications or solutions consulting, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication and project management skills. Travel within the territory is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience (Required).
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a track record of solution sales.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) (Preferred).

Responsabilités

• Support small business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees).
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including ROI presentations.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
