The Recruiting Hive is seeking bold, results-oriented sales professionals to bring wireless products and services to market for a major client in the Phoenix area.

You will hunt new business, close deals, and build a territorial book through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach, backed by ongoing training and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Fearless cold calling with strong time management.
• Verifiable new customer acquisition in quota-driven sales.
• Effective negotiator with proposal and pricing experience.
• Proven track record delivering superior customer service.
• Proficient with Outlook and solid business writing.
• Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 1–2 years B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Target businesses and recommend wireless solutions by suggesting service plans, data and other enhanced services, and successfully negotiate and close business.
• Prospect a generous area full of potential new business clients to maximize hunting ability.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, and networking.
• Devise creative and effective sales approaches to negotiate and close deals.
• Team with leadership and internal partners to deliver top customer service and sales experiences.
• Fully utilize sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools.
• Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
