Wireless Zone LLC in Oakmont, PA is seeking a Sales Representative / Account Specialist to manage client relationships and drive growth. The role involves upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor on technology solutions.

You will be the main client contact, work with teams for exceptional service, and track KPIs to grow accounts. A commission-based earning potential complements base pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in sales or management is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM programs, POS reporting, and B2B relationship development is also a plus.
