Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead for a Wireless Retail environment in Meridian, MS. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching associates, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, with uncapped earnings potential and weekly pay.

You will train staff, meet sales KPIs, and travel between store locations as needed, while engaging customers not actively shopping to create opportunities.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented sales professional with wireless retail experience.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and lead a small team.
• Willingness to travel within the district and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues following guidelines.
• Manage shift responsibilities and travel between stores when required.
