Acosta Group is seeking a Sales Lead to drive wireless retail performance, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across store locations. You will focus on converting engaged customers and maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires training, leadership, and the ability to meet sales KPIs, with travel between stores as needed and progression opportunities within the district.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues per carrier guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor decisions
• Travel between store locations if required
