Acosta Group is hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive wireless sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role requires proactive engagement with customers, reliability, weekend availability, and the ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Success hinges on coaching, goal attainment, and turning interactions into sales opportunities, with uncapped commissions and paid training incentives as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail or proven retail/B2C sales.
• Experience training, coaching, or leading a small team.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
