Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive store sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role requires proactive customer engagement, turning non-shopping interactions into sales opportunities, and leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train and mentor staff, meet KPIs, work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and travel between stores if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
