Arch Telecom is looking for a Mobile Associate to be part of a dynamic retail team in Maryland. You will interact with customers in-store, demonstrate devices, and propose personalized solutions that connect customers to the products and services they want.

This learning role offers growth toward a Mobile Expert position after training, with strong emphasis on customer experience and sales coaching. You’ll build product knowledge through hands-on demonstrations, work with peers to hit store

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and guide them through the shopping journey in-store.
• Demonstrate devices and services and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Sell accessories and IoT devices alongside plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with informed answers and expertise.
