Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates (MA) in Cambridge, MN to join a dynamic retail team delivering the brand experience and helping customers find the right wireless solutions. You'll learn product features, demonstrate devices, and guide customers through purchases with a focus on service and relationship building.

This learning role offers hands-on training, opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training, and a pathway to grow within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey in-store or online.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Sell additional accessories and IoT devices by understanding customer needs.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and product expertise.
