Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking Mobile Associates to join our in-store retail team in Media, PA. You will help customers pick up where they left off, demonstrate technology, and sell device and service bundles to meet individual needs.

You will learn our processes, build product knowledge, and work toward a promotion to Mobile Expert after training. This learning role emphasizes customer connections and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store, online, or via Customer Care while shopping.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond basic devices and plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
