Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking Mobile Associates to join our national retail team in New York. You will learn customer service while delivering a best-in-class experience and build loyalty through engaging demonstrations and personalized solutions. This is a learning role with growth toward Mobile Expert after training.

You will help customers navigate shopping journeys, perform in-store demos, and find solutions beyond devices and plans, including accessories and emerging IoT options.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs.
• Willingness to learn and work with a team in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store, online, and via care channels to complete purchases.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of latest technology and devices.
• Suggest personalized solutions beyond devices and plans, including accessories and IOT items.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
