Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking motivated Retail Associates for its Millsboro, DE location to help customers in-store and online with device and plan selections. The role focuses on learning and building expertise while delivering an engaging brand experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work with a team to uncover customer needs, demonstrate products, and guide purchases, with opportunities for advancement to Mobile Expert after training completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age; High school degree or GED.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep customers connected.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
