You will demonstrate latest devices, understand customer needs, and guide them to the best solutions. This learning role offers hands-on training with a path to promotion as a Mobile Expert upon completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs.
• Flexible to full-time or part-time schedules in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store, online, or via care channels.
• Demonstrate products and explain features to customers.
• Upsell and identify opportunities for add-ons and accessories.
• Provide friendly, patient service and resolve issues to ensure a seamless experience.
