Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey across online, care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basics of devices and plans.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
• Build energy and empathy while educating customers about products and services.
