Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online to find devices and plans.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Ask thoughtful questions and offer expert answers to guide purchases.
• Process orders and complete purchases, ensuring accurate payment and account setup.
• Collaborate with store team to meet or exceed sales goals and deliver a seamless customer experience.
