Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Less than 2 years T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience is preferred.
• Less than 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

• Serving and selling to customers, providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Makes the most of time on shift, learning about wireless innovations and technology between customers.
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
