Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for Mobile Associates to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide shoppers through their purchase journey while developing skills in customer interactions and digital tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
