Arch Telecom is seeking Retail Associate Managers (RAM) to join our energetic team in retail stores across the U.S. You will lead by example, coach peers, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while driving sales and service performance.

You’ll learn product demonstrations, uncover customer needs, and use digital tools to educate and convert shoppers. A passion for wireless technology and strong communication are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Leadership and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team.
• Prior wireless sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care or in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan.
• Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
• Develop relationships across channels to resolve issues and capture small business leads.
