Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in wireless retail (T-Mobile or similar).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Operational and financial performance management skills, especially P&L.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays in retail.
• Full-time role with 45+ hours per week.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Strong problem solving, planning and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service, greeting customers and assessing needs.
• Oversees full store operations including staffing, performance, opening/closing, and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue through new accounts and existing customer growth.
• Leads by example to exceed sales goals and metrics.
• Hires, develops, motivates and manages a high-performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits and cash handling procedures.
• Maintains store appearance and back room according to standards.
• Delivers consultative sales and service on the floor.
• Sets clear objectives aligned with company initiatives.
• Monitors team progress and provides coaching when needed.
