TCC Wireless, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager in Schaumburg, IL to lead daily store operations and drive revenue in a fast-paced wireless retail environment. You will manage staffing, coaching, and performance while ensuring top customer service and adherence to company policies.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in wireless retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED; college-degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Full-time role working minimum 45 hours per week.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.

Mansioni

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers and answering phones.
• Responsible for full store operations, staffing, performance management, opening/closing, and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Leads by example, exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
• Hires, develops, motivates and manages a high-performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits and security procedures.
• Manages cash, card payments, and register operations.
• Maintains store appearance, back room, and work areas.
