Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager for Beloit, WI. This role oversees store operations, staff performance, and customer service to drive revenue and achieve sales targets. You will lead a high-energy team, coach staff, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in wireless retail.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Responsible for full operations of store including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and optimizing existing accounts.
• Leads by example by exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
