Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in Belvidere, IL is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead our T-Mobile Premium Retailer team. You will drive store performance, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in wireless retail, strong P&L awareness, and the ability to work nights and weekends. You’ll play a key part in achieving revenue goals while representing the TCC Wireless brand at the store level.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in wireless retail.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Operational and financial performance management skills, especially site P&L.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Full-time role with minimum 45 hours per week.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Strong organizational skills and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Responsible for full operations of store including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, and identifying revenue opportunities.
• Leads by example by exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
• Responsible for hiring, developing, motivating and managing a high-performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits and paperwork security management.
• Manages cash, credit card and other payment media handling / Register management.
• Maintains store appearance, back room, restrooms, and work area to standards.
• Offers consultative sales and service on the sales floor.
• Sets performance expectations and aligns team objectives with broader business goals.
• Shares accountability and monitors progress; provides coaching as needed.
• Keeps abreast of evolving Wireless technology.
• Explores customer needs and supports activations, bill payments, replacements, and price plan changes.
• Builds relationships with employees and customers across channels.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Represents the company at community events to foster a positive brand image.
