TCC Wireless, LLC seeks a Full-Time Retail Store Manager in Forsyth, IL to lead store operations and drive revenue. You will oversee staff, ensure top-tier customer service, and manage inventory while maintaining strict compliance with company policies.

The role emphasizes team development, goal attainment, and excellent communication to build strong customer relationships and a positive brand image in a fast-paced wireless retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. College degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Operational and financial performance management skills, especially site P&L management.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• This is a full-time role working minimum 45 hours per week.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Ability to problem solve, analyze results, plans for the future, make good decisions.

Responsabilités

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers and answering phones.
• Responsible for full operations of store including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through new and existing customer accounts and pricing plans.
• Leads by example by exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
• Hiring, developing, motivating and managing a high-performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits and paperwork security management.
