TCC Wireless, LLC, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Full-Time Retail Store Manager in Washington, IL. You will lead a high-energy team, provide exceptional customer service, and drive revenue through activations and upsell opportunities.

The role requires strong leadership, staffing, and operational oversight, with a focus on achieving monthly sales goals and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Full-time role; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in stores and answering phones.
• Responsible for full operations of store including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing customers’ accounts.
• Leads by example to exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Hires, develops, motivates and manages a high-performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits, security, and paperwork.
• Manages cash, credit card and other payment media handling /Register Management.
• Maintains store appearance and back room according to retail standards.
