Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead a fast-paced wireless retail team and deliver world-class customer service. You will drive store performance, coach staff, manage inventory and demonstrate expert knowledge of devices, plans and promotions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in wireless retail or similar, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in wireless retail or similar environment (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service in-store, greets customers and assesses needs.
• Oversees full store operations including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives revenue by acquiring new customers, maximizing existing accounts, and meeting sales goals.
• Leads by example to exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Hires, develops, motivates, and coaches a high-performing team.
• Ensures compliance with audits, security, cash handling and paperwork.
