Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead a store team to develop top sales specialists and drive sales targets, financials, and merchandising.

You’ll create an outstanding in-store experience that makes customers feel confident in our brand and wireless solutions. You’ll coach, motivate, and develop your team while handling daily operational tasks when the GM is away.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales teammates to deliver outstanding customer experiences and meet sales targets.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals with the team and monitor progress.
• Provide training and mentoring to improve selling skills and performance.
