You will manage day-to-day operations, analyze performance, and mentor staff to deliver results. This role requires a passion for coaching, strong communication, and a proven ability to meet sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team and achieving targets.
• Ability to coach and develop staff for improved performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities
