Victra, a Verizon authorized retailer, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales staff, and drive performance. You will set goals, mentor employees, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while managing daily operations and store merchandising.

The role requires leadership in a commissions-based environment, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and a high school diploma or GED. Verizon benefits and training programs are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team and develop sales specialists to meet sales targets and quotas.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor performance.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and merchandising per planograms.
• Open/close the store and manage daily financials and compliance.
