Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Ability to set goals, evaluate performance and develop a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team on the floor to meet or exceed targets.
• Coach one-on-one and mentor team members to reach higher performance.
• Handle daily operational tasks and store leadership when GM is away.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Oversee staffing, reporting, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain store merchandising and planogram compliance.
