Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead a store team, develop sales specialists, and drive sales targets while managing store merchandising and customer experiences.

You’ll mentor the team, resolve issues, and ensure daily operations. This role requires leadership, a focus on results, and the ability to create an outstanding in-store experience for customers choosing our wireless products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or leadership roles.
• Background in retail, restaurant, or wireless sales preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Analyze staffing, report sales data, and manage store operations.
• Maintain inventory and planogram compliance.
• Open and close the store and ensure uptime.
• Attain store targets daily/weekly/monthly.
